Product Description

The dry fragrance has a sweet smell of maple syrup, with notes of brown sugar candies and plump fruit accents. The wet aromatics are nicely fruited as well, both City and Full City roasts displaying red berry and sweet citrus. The cup is bright, where a surge of lemon-like acidity adds a nice charge to the flavor profile. It has a sweet-tart note like berry-lemonade, with a crystalized sweetness that has the transparency of rock candy. The berry notes that come up when the coffee cools off some are like fruit syrups (think coffee flavoring syrups) with identifiable similarities to blueberry and strawberry.
