This is a collection of our finest coffees. Every item in our store is specialty coffee, defined by the Specialty Coffee Association as having a cupping score of 80 and above. Everything we sell is at least 85. The coffees in this collection score 90 or above. These are top shelf, best of the best, you will not find coffees better than these. We hope you enjoy these gems!
